PARKING

To find The Lord Nelson Hotel & Suites Parkade, simply: 

  1. Enter driveway between Lord Nelson Hotel & Suites and 1545 South Park  Street. 
  2. You will be greeted by a sign that reads “PARK LANE MALL ENTRANCE”  3. Upon taking your ticket the garage door will open. 

Vehicles below 6ft are permitted.  

Heated underground parking is conveniently connected to the hotel and the nearby  shops and services of Park Lane Mall. 

Self-parking is $28.00 plus tax per night for registered guests. 

Accessible parking spots available, please speak to your Front Desk Agent at check in for further details. 

Annandale Parkade 

Searching for additional or oversized vehicle parking? We have the Annandale  Parking lot located between The Lord Nelson Hotel & Suites and Park Lane Mall.  

Before parking your vehicle, please drop off your luggage with our concierge at the  main entrance to the hotel. 

To find The Annandale Parking Lot located at 1550 Annandale Street, simply: 

  1. Take a right onto South Park Street from the front entrance of The Lord  Nelson Hotel & Suites 
  2. At the set of lights, turn right onto Sackville Street 
  3. Turn right onto Briar Lane
  4. Turn left onto Annandale Street 
  5. On the right you will see the Annandale parking lot, which will greet you with  yellow gates. 

Vehicles above 6ft are permitted.

EV Charging Stations 

We’re pleased to offer four EV charging stations conveniently located on P2 of the  South Park Street Parking Garage. These stations are available for use by hotel  guests, tenants of The Paramount, and the public on a first-come, first-served basis. 

To access the chargers, proceed down the ramp to P2 and turn right. You’ll find two  charging stations on either side of the accessible parking spaces, situated directly in  front of the elevator vestibule leading to The Paramount. 

The fee breakdown is as follows: 

  • Charge per hour: $2.00/hour (roughly $.33/ kWh) 
  • Start/Connection Fee: $1.00 flat 
  • Idle Fee (15 min grace period): $5.00/hour
