The Government Rate is available for eligible government employees travelling on official government business only. This rate does not apply to leisure or personal travel.

At check-in, guests must provide:

·         Valid government-issued identification, and

·         Proof of official government business travel 

Acceptable documentation may include travel orders, an approved travel requisition, government conference or meeting confirmation, an employer letter, or other documentation clearly confirming official business travel.

If both required forms of documentation cannot be provided at check-in, the Government Rate will not apply and the Best Available Rate of the Day will be offered.
